CARE

With proper care, stoneware and porcelain will last a lifetime. Tableware pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe (with the exception of those with gold luster and select noted pieces). If using stoneware in the oven, make sure pieces are at room temperature to avoid shocking the ware. Over time, raw clay and some glazes may change color as result of being used lovingly in your home - this is natural. Hand wash for best results and to preserve the longevity of your handmade pieces.

RESTOCKS

Most of the work created and offered for purchase is limited edition or one-of-a-kind. As each piece is hand-thrown and glazed the work will always reflect the present moment in which it was made.

Be on the lookout for seasonal collections posted quarterly as well as one or two in-person sales that occur during the year. The best way to be notified of such special releases is to subscribe to the newsletter for updates.

Returns

Returns of online retail purchases can be made by sending us an email within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please use the original packaging, and securely re-tape the ceramics as they were received. Items that have been damaged, altered, or used cannot be accepted. A full refund minus the shipping will be credited to your original form of payment once the package has been safely returned. An email notification will be sent once the item has been received and the refund has been processed. Customers are responsible for items lost in the mail during the return process. Any items not received will NOT be refunded.

All shipped online retail orders are subject to a 20% handling fee. Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date the order was completed, subject to delays out of our control. Where available, customers can select their preferred shipping method (USPS or UPS). A tracking number for the order will be emailed once the order ships. International shipping is available upon request, please email hello@ErinLouiseClancy.com to coordinate details. For those local to NYC, you may select curbside pickup as a delivery option. I will be in touch by either email/text, at customer’s choice, to schedule a convenient pickup window. Note that no shipping or handling fees apply for local curbside pickups.

All orders are shipped insured. In the unfortunate event of damage or breakage during the shipment, please email hello@ErinLouiseClancy.com within three (3) days of delivery and include photo evidence of the damaged item in the original packaging. You will receive a full refund of the item including the shipping cost.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations on an order can be made within 24 hours of purchase or as long as the order has not shipped.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons and workshops are available for individuals 18+. For classes, please check out the current schedule. Customized private lessons are also available for specific projects. Please email hello@erinlouiseclancy.com to discuss potential custom classes and availability. At this time, group sessions are for hand-building pottery only.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
Private lessons may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 7 days before a booked lesson. Lessons cancelled within 7 days of your scheduled class are non-refundable. Class series may be rescheduled or cancelled with full refund up to 7 days before the first booked lesson. To reschedule a class in a series once it has begun, please email hello@erinlouiseclancy.com for availability. Class series (more than one lesson) are non-refundable once the first class has occurred.

Participants must sign a safety waiver and agree to all terms prior to booking any class.
